Strength training increases muscle mass – helping to better support the body’s skeletal system, assisting bone density, enhancing the body’s ability to burn more calories and warding off disease. Use barbells and dumbbells to chisel the chest and whittle the middle. Build a better body quickly and safely with this well balanced array of exercises designed and implemented by certified instructors who want to help you succeed.
