Kory Jacobs

Kory graduated in 2001 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Wichita State University and went back to school in 2003 to acquire a Massage Therapy degree from Professional Fitness Institute. There, she was hired to teach Nutrition and lead the Personal Training Program for the next two years. An Ace Certified Trainer since 1996, she has also studied with many of the finest yoga teachers in the country and has an extensive education in the many styles of yoga. Her fitness background also includes 14 years of teaching: Yoga, Cycling, Step, Toning, Flexibility and Cross-training classes. As a trainer, she emphasizes healthy nutrition, and stresses the importance of healthy lifestyle habits outside of the gym. Degree in Exercise Physiology, Ace Personal Training Certification, Massage Therapy degree.

 Kelli Alldredge

Kelli has been a Personal Trainer in the Overland Park area for 20 years and also has over 24 years experience as a Fitness Instructor. She attended Kansas State University, graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology, along with an emphasis in Health Promotion. Although Kelli specializes in Small Group Training and Golf Conditioning, she also enjoys training clients one-on-one. She is very active in educating herself with the latest fitness trends and spends her time travelling as she adds on to her vast number of certifications which include :

Christy Huels

Christy has been with our club since 1996 and became a certified trainer. She works diligently with her clients in Weight Loss and Maintaining that loss through fitness and training.

Christy received her ACE Personal Training Certification in 2000

 I am an ACE certified personal trainer specializing in Orthopedic exercise. I want to help you become strong and healthy, making everyday life easier and more fun! I will design workouts that are enjoyable and effective and can be modified to fit your individual needs and/or limitations. I specialize in working with adults that suffer from Acute or Chronic pain to help manage their pain and frustrations. After suffering from a major knee injury myself, 2 years ago, I realized that many of us need guidance and coaching past Physical Therapy and that is one thing I offer. The Fitness and Wellness field is one that I have been intertwined with my entire life and I am extremely excited to help you reach your goal!
