tri1Adult Inside Triathlon
68’s Inside Triathlon is a great opportunity for you to challenge yourself in a 500 yard swim, 10 mile bike ride and a 3 mile run. Whether you’re a seasoned tri-athlete who wants an early spring challenge or a beginner looking to participate in your 1st triathlon, you will find 68’s Inside Tri a fun & challenging event.  The Triathlon is offered in mid to late February.

Youth  Inside Triathlon
68’s Inside Triathlon for youth is a great way for children to challenge themselves in a triathlon event that is fun, safe & non-intimidating. They will swim in a shallow indoor pool, ride on stationary bikes and run on an indoor track. Lengths of the tri will vary depending upon the child’s age. The Triathlon is offered in mid to late February.

Ages 6-10 will Swim 100 yards, Bike 3 miles and Run 1 mile.
Ages 11-14 will swim 200 yards, Bike 6 miles and Run 2 miles.

tri2Adult Triathlon Training     
Join a class of Tri-athletes who are training to improve or accomplish their first triathlon.  The training is lead by a certified USA-T triathlon coach. Two segments of a triathlon covered weekly. Learn technique, pacing, proper form and transitioning using the indoor pool, indoor track, and stationary bikes. For Beginner/Intermediate, and Tri-athletes. Classes start beginning of December and run through mid February.

 

Youth Triathlon Training
Join a class of Tri-athletes who are training to improve or accomplish their first triathlon.  The training is lead by a certified USA-T triathlon coach. Two segments of a triathlon covered weekly. Learn technique, pacing, proper form and transitioning using the indoor pool, indoor track, and stationary bikes. Youth should be able to swim at least 25 yards to participate in this class. See swim page for helpful lessons if they are unable to swim the 25 yard minimum.
