Childcare Programs
At 68’s we have a wonderful Children’s Activity Center. This 2100 sq. ft. facility is designed with your children in mind and run primarily by mothers. We have an infant room, a walker area, a kitchen, and a tunnel play system. During morning hours we have court time for gym games and for using our jump castle. Our center is also equipped with an outdoor play area. We do offer crafts and other activities for older children when the need arises.
- Children ages 6 weeks to 12 years are welcome in the CAC.
- Children under the age of one are allowed to stay 75 minutes a day.
- Age 1 and above are allowed 2 hours a day.
- Non-members are welcome to use the childcare for a fee of $10.00 for first 2 hours. Then $5.00 every 10 minutes during a late pick up…
Bad Weather: If there is bad weather and the Shawnee Mission Schools are closed for the day, the CAC will open one hour later that morning.
